This site places no cookies and does not load any advertising, analytics or social media scripts from outside companies. You have nothing to accept here, so no cookie banner will appear.

What gets recorded

A short record travels to the site itself whenever you view a page, sent by the site's own script. It gives the page address, the linking page's address and the kind of screen: a phone or something bigger. The record also shows when someone uses a listed link. The record includes no name or email, and no identifier that tracks you between visits.

Our host, like any web server, keeps standard access logs for security and so the site keeps running.

The reasons, and how long

These records tell us which pages people read, and we use them to find faults. We keep them only as long as we need them for that purpose.
